In terms of food choices, Marriott Cafe Sunday Brunch Buffet probably has the most to offer at this point (it used to be Sofitel's Spiral but after being flooded by typhoon Ondoy they have yet to reopen). While P2,500 per person is pretty steep, it's an excellent choice if you're out to indulge. They also have Indian fare like roti, curry, papadam, etc. plus a Chinese selection consisting of noodles, dimsum, and roasts. There was just so much food it was impossible to try them all in one visit.
The Marriott Sunday Brunch Buffet schedule is 11am to 2pm. I suggest making reservations and going early since the place gets really packed.
